How will I receive my Virtual Care Consultation?

After completing you purchase you will receive a link via email from Contingency Health. Once you complete the simple purchase validation process you will begin your medical intake questionnaire. YOU  MUST complete the questionnaire form so a medical provider can review and determine the suitability of the prescriptions in your kit, they will then send the prescription for filling. In case the medical provider need additional information they will schedule a phone call or virtual medical follow up with you.

How long will my kit last?
